At An Optical Galleria, we are committed to providing exceptional eye care, quality eyewear, and outstanding customer service. The following policy explains how purchases made in our office are handled.

In-Store Purchases

Eyeglasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and optical accessories are available for purchase in store at An Optical Galleria in Ocean City. We do not sell products directly through this website.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. 

Insurance

We do not accept any vision insurance plans. Payment is due at the time of service.

Prescription Eyewear

Prescription eyewear is custom-made using the prescription and measurements provided at the time of ordering.

Because prescription lenses are individually manufactured, changes or remakes may be limited to circumstances involving prescription changes, manufacturing defects, or fitting issues, as determined by our optical staff.

Eyewear Adjustments

We are happy to provide adjustments on eyewear purchased from An Optical Galleria.

Adjustments to eyewear purchased elsewhere may be performed at your request. While every effort will be made to safely adjust your eyewear, An Optical Galleria is not responsible for damage that may occur due to the condition, age, or design of frames not originally purchased from our practice.

Returns and Exchanges

Certain custom products, including prescription lenses and special orders, are not eligible for return or refund except as required by law.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many eyewear frames and lenses include manufacturer warranties against defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product.

Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or scratched lenses are generally not covered unless specifically included under the manufacturer's warranty.

Payment

Payment is due at the time products are ordered unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major forms of payment available in our office.
