Refund & Return Policy

At An Optical Galleria, your satisfaction is our priority. Every pair of eyeglasses and sunglasses is carefully fitted to your individual needs. Because many of our products are custom-made, our refund and return policy differs from that of a traditional retail store.

Prescription Eyewear

Prescription eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses are custom manufactured specifically for you and generally cannot be returned for a refund.

If you experience concerns with your new eyewear, please contact us as soon as possible. Our optical team will evaluate the issue and work with you to achieve the best possible outcome. This may include adjustments, lens verification, or, when appropriate, a remake.

Non-Prescription Sunglasses and Accessories

Returns or exchanges of non-prescription products may be accepted if the item is:

  • Returned in like-new condition.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt.
  • Returned within 30 days of purchase.

Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse will not be eligible for return.

Contact Lenses

Unopened, unexpired contact lens boxes may be eligible for exchange or credit in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

Opened, worn, or damaged contact lenses cannot be returned.

Defective Products

If your eyewear has a manufacturing defect covered under the manufacturer's warranty, we will gladly assist you with the warranty process. Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer.

Normal wear, accidental damage, scratched lenses, loss, or misuse are generally not covered unless specifically stated by the manufacturer.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
